主要内容：人们的生活离不开能源，怎样来评价能源的利用是否合理。利用公式，判断某种能源的利用的最优风险。同时这个公式还可以用来评价某种污染物的综合毒性，以此判断有毒污染物的污染等级。

Main content: Humans can not live without energy,how to make it available for us to judge the optimal risk by the equation ,when we use the energy.Meanwhile,we also can use this equation to judge the pollution level of toxic pollutant.
